TRAINING

Free initial training of program provided to new users. We also provide training of program to old users paying annual support charges.

CLIENT SITE VISIT

Monthly or bi-monthly visit of our Technical Support Team at client site. Technical Support Team also provide client site service on suggestion of our Tele-Support Team.

SEMINAR

We regularly organising seminars in various cities by incorporating all our customers and interested people. It is a widly appriciated program among any other seminars.

FREE SERVICE

One Year (12 months) from the date on installation

TELE-SUPPORT

Customer On Line service through Tele. Support System. Our Technical Tele-Support Team is 24 hour available for you.

FEEDBACK SUGGESTION

Quarterly we use collect feedbacks from our customers via printed questionnaire to analyse the viability of the program, our organsation and our support system. We honouring the best five feedbacks through attractive gifts.

COUTESY CALL

Monthly courtesy call to every customer to know about the utilisation / difficulties of the program , if any.

SUPPORT AFTER ONE YEAR

Support is available by paying its support charge. Charges / Requirement / Suggestion in program subject to our experts approval.
